Your next role, made easier.

Hire Me scores your CV against a real target market, shows you the jobs that actually fit and why, and sends you to apply where the employer asks you to.

What the app does

  • Scores your CV out of 100, with reasons. Upload a PDF or Word file. Hire Me scores five areas — structure, how well applicant tracking systems can read it, how many achievements are backed by real numbers, how relevant the wording is to the role you want, and length and language — and shows the reasoning behind every point.
  • Suggests improvements without inventing anything. Suggested rewrites are shown as before-and-after so you accept or reject each one. Suggestions rephrase and reorganise what you already wrote; the app never adds a qualification, employer, date or achievement you do not have.
  • Ranks real job openings for the market you pick. Listings are gathered from third-party job APIs and public employer job boards, then ranked by how well they fit your background — with the match reasons shown and any hard blocker, such as a location or work-permit conflict, stated plainly. The app tells you honestly how much coverage it has for a country before you rely on it.
  • Opens the employer's own application page. When you choose to apply, Hire Me hands you off to the employer's official application page and you complete the application there.
  • Keeps a record of what you applied to. Your own notes, so you stop losing track across dozens of applications.

What the app does not do

These are limits of the product, not disclaimers we hope you skip.

  • It does not send email or submit applications on your behalf, and it never contacts an employer for you.
  • It does not connect to your mailbox and never asks for your email password.
  • It does not scrape LinkedIn and does not automate any account of yours.
  • It does not promise you an interview, an offer or a job. Hiring decisions belong entirely to employers.
  • It does not sell your personal data or share it with advertisers.
  • It does not guarantee that every job in your chosen country appears, or that a listing is still open — listings come from third parties, and each one shows its source and when it was last checked.

The structural part of your CV score is computed on our own servers and involves no AI provider. CV improvement suggestions use an external AI provider and require a separate, explicit in-app consent that is distinct from accepting the terms. If you decline it, scoring and job matching still work fully, and nothing is sent. You can withdraw the consent at any time. The Privacy Policy names the provider, says where your data is processed, and explains that your consent is the only thing that transfer rests on.

Who makes it

Hire Me is built and operated by Ahmed Ramadan Khalifa as an individual developer. Sign in with Apple is the only sign-in method, so there is no password to create. You must be at least 16 to use it. You can delete your account and its data from inside the app at any time — see Support.
